After thorough analysis of your testing results, you have your own Acceleration Strength and Conditioning program to follow. Now, your training begins...or should I say your Education begins.
We will educate you on how to prepare for your competitions, recover from training and competition, as well as understand the importance of how your training will make you a better athlete.
You will leave each session a slightly better athlete, but you will also have the knowledge to succeed in any arena in the future.
Your customised Acceleration program will include most or all of the following components:
- Deep System Integration Exercises
- Dynamic Warm Up
- Speed and Agility Drills
- Conditioning
- Strength and Power Exercises
- Core Strength
- Flexibility
Acceleration offers monthly or four week programs that consist of 1, 2 or 3 sessions in a week. The number of programs that an athlete does depends on the age of the athlete, the stage of their development and time. We recommend at least 2 days a week to get the best results but 1 day a week is effective as well. Athletes still learn a lot and get results.

Education goes for our coaches as well.
Each coach holds a degree of Human Movement Science or an equivalent. They are CPR accredited and hold Blue Cards. Several of the coaches hold double degrees while several have or are working on a Masters Degree. Acceleration coaches also have years of experience in strength and conditioning having worked for various elite teams and clubs in Australia and overseas. Their education doesn't stop at university, Acceleration coaches are continually challenged to progress through team meetings, presentations, assignments, overseas accreditations, evaluations and quizzes. You won't find any strength coaches as educated and well-rounded as the coaches at Acceleration. |

During the course of your training program, you will find that all of the education and experience comes through in your program and how the coach actually trains you. Especially when it comes to: Exercise Technique - the coaches ensure that your technique is exceptional so that you can have gains that will transfer to your sport. Motivation - you will find yourself actually looking forward to training, because it is fun and challenging at the same time. Mentoring - we take our coaching one step further by passing on words of wisdom to our athletes that will help you make the right decisions now and in the future. |
