The Terrace - Performance Enhancement Program has been developed to help any boy from Grades 8 -12 who wants to excel at their chosen sport. We have created a program that helps with overall athleticism which can be utilised by any athlete in any sport.

Every day starts with a Dynamic Warm-up.
We continue to work on speed and agility throughout the year to ensure that boys do not slow down as they grow in height and weight.
Core strength and stability is addressed each day with an increasing focus on hip stability.
We use various stretching routines to produce better results and to add to the education of the boys.
Dumbbell exercises are used to improve strength and proprioception (joint awareness).
Years 10, 11 and 12 boys use barbells along with body weight and dumbbells to improve overall strength.
With the support and determination of the school's sporting program, the ever improving facilities and the cooperation and enthusiasm of it's participants, the Gregory Terrace Performance Enhancement Program has become truly successful.
